Refund

Yes. If the product has been damaged or not as described we offer a full refund. If you have not received your product within 45 days of placing your order we also offer a full refund with no questions asked.

Refunds are only issued when the product is not as described, damaged, or not received within 40 days after the order is placed.

If your product is damaged we are terribly sorry and will issue you a full refund. In some cases, we need pictures of the damaged product.

Please allow up to 14 days after the accepted refund to see your money back in your account.

Delivery

WearItUgly aims to send everything out within 48h. Delivery time is usually 7-21 business days. Please allow longer shipping times around holidays.

United States: 4-18 days

United Kingdom: 4-16 days

Canada: 7-21 days

Australia: 6-18 days

Europe: 5-21 days

Other 8-24 days

Hey there! We aim to pack and ship everything within 48 hours. Please be aware that some of our products are handmade & made on demand. This takes some extra time.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at the moment. As most of our products are made on demand to our customers we can not offer returns. If your product is damaged or not as described we gladly offer a full refund. As our

Payment

We accept Credit & Debit cards as well as PayPal & American Express.

Unfortunately, we do not accept Klarna at the moment.
